Objective Passive leg raise (PLR) is an experimental cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) technique involving elevation of the lower limbs from horizontal plane during CPR. This procedure thought to improve clinical outcomes in cardiac arrest. By comparing use PLR conventional CPR, we aimed evaluate survival and secondary neurologically intact return spontaneous circulation (ROSC). Methods In this systematic review, databases PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library were searched for relevant studies inception May 1st, 2021.
